Refund Policy
At Yefepere, we put love, time and excellence into every cake and celebration package we deliver. Because our products are freshly made and personalised, we have specific guidelines on refunds and returns to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. No Refund for Change of Mind
All orders are made to order. Once payment is confirmed, we immediately begin processing your cake or package. For this reason, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
2. Refunds for Order Errors (Our Mistake)
Your trust means everything to us. If we deliver the wrong order, wrong size, or wrong custom detail as against what you ordered, we will make it right. You may choose:
- A fresh replacement, or
- A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
To process this, kindly share clear photos within 2 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds for Damaged Items
We take care to deliver safely using our delivery vehicle. If your order arrives damaged due to our handling, we will:
- Replace the cake at no additional cost, or
- Process a refund
Please Note: Damage caused after successful delivery (e.g., improper storage or third-party handling) is not eligible for a replacement/refund.
4. Late Delivery
We always aim to deliver on time. We understand that timing matters in celebrations. If we miss your delivery window due to an avoidable error on our part, we may offer:
- A discount on your next order.
Please Note: This does not apply to delays caused by weather, traffic, security issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled within 1 hour of payment may be eligible for a refund.
After 1 hour, production and preparation would have begun, so cancellations are no longer refundable.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom cakes with names, photos, or custom themes
- Themed cakes requiring materials already purchased
- Delivery fees (once the driver has been dispatched)
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement:
- Send a message to Yefepere on WhatsApp
- Describe the issue clearly
- Attach photos/videos (if applicable)
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Send the account details to which you want the refund to be made.

8. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 working days to your original payment method.
